We ship within the United States only, using USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.
Orders of $35 or more ship free.

Your order ships within 2-3 business days. We add tracking to your order as soon as it ships.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, message us through your order page with a photo and we'll make it right.

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Just message us through your order page.

JoTi & JoNo is a family-owned small business. We design and 3D-print small gifts and everyday goods in our own workshop.

Our story

JoTi & JoNo started at our own kitchen table, a family with a love for making things by hand, one small print at a time. Every piece is designed and 3D-printed right here in Charleston, with care that goes into each detail. We believe gifts should feel personal, and that a little joy goes a long way.

Our faith

We are a Christian family, and our faith is part of everything we do. You will not find it on every product, but you will find it in how we work: with joy, kindness, and care for every customer.

We want each gift to bring a smile and each person who visits our shop to feel welcome.
