Godly Goods Terms of Use Policy

Welcome to Godly Goods!™ We’re a community of Christian-owned businesses and faith-minded shoppers who use our purchasing power to support those in the body of Christ when possible. These Terms of Use explain how our marketplace works and the responsibilities of everyone who uses it. By using our site, you agree to follow these terms and help us keep Godly Goods a safe, honest, and Christ-honoring place.

1. About Godly Goods

Godly Goods is an online marketplace that connects Christian-owned businesses (“Sellers”) with customers (“Buyers”). We provide the platform, tools, and payment system that make these connections possible. Each Seller operates as an independent business and is responsible for their own listings, sales, and fulfillment.

2. Eligibility

To use Godly Goods, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
  • Provide accurate, complete information when registering as a Seller, making a purchase, or creating an account.
  • Agree to operate in a manner consistent with our Statement of Faith and Faith-Based Content & Conduct Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or harms the reputation or integrity of Godly Goods.

3. Acceptable Use

All users agree to:
  • Be truthful in communication and listings.
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any activity that dishonors God.
  • Avoid selling or promoting any products or content that contradict biblical values.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

4. Our Role

Godly Goods provides the platform but does not own or manufacture products listed by independent Sellers. Transactions occur between Buyers and Sellers and Godly Goods is not responsible for a Seller’s products, shipping, or fulfillment, unless a listing specifies that we are the Seller for that item. However, we do monitor the marketplace for safety, fairness, and compliance with our faith-based values.

5. Payments and Fees

All transactions must be processed through our secure payment system. Sellers agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription and commission fees based on their chosen plan. Buyers agree to pay for purchases at checkout, including shipping and applicable taxes.

6. Reviews and Communication

Reviews should reflect honest experiences and remain respectful. Sellers and Buyers must communicate courteously and avoid language or behavior that contradicts our Christian values.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or remove any account that:
  • Violates our Terms or Faith-Based Policy.
  • Engages in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct.
  • Promotes or sells prohibited items.
Sellers and Buyers may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we do our best to maintain a safe and reliable platform, Godly Goods is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes that occur between users or as a result of using the platform.

9. Governing Law

If you, as a Seller or Buyer, have a dispute with us, please let us know and we’ll work with heartfelt good faith to resolve the issue. If that’s impossible, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Your State, without regard to conflicts of law, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in that jurisdiction.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Godly Goods after updates means you accept the new version.
