Vendor Shipping Policies
Policies:
To provide customers with a consistent, reliable experience, all vendors must follow these guidelines:
1. Processing Time
Orders must be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Update your order status in your dashboard once shipped.
2. Shipping Carriers
Use USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking.
Enter tracking numbers for every order.
3. Packaging
Secure packaging is required to prevent damage.
You may use branded materials if they fit within our community values.
4. Shipping Costs
Vendors set their own shipping rates inside their dashboard.
Flat rate or calculated shipping options are both acceptable.
5. Domestic vs. International
Vendors may ship internationally if clearly stated on product pages.
Buyer is responsible for customs or import fees.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
You must replace or refund lost/damaged orders within 10 business days of a buyer report.
File a claim with your carrier as needed.
7. Returns
Accept returns within 14 days unless otherwise specified on your store page.
Buyers must return products in original condition.
8. Communication
Respond to buyer messages within 2 business days.
