**Returns & Exchanges**
We want you to love your Designs by Lib purchase! We gladly accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly.
Because personalized and custom items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error on our part.
**Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
**Cancellations**
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not begun. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
**Processing Times**
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time. Processing times will be communicated when necessary.

Our products are handmade and may have slight variations in wood grain, color, texture, and finish. These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.
