Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Since our items are digital, handmade, made-to-order or personalized, we do not allow: Returns, Refunds, Replacements, Exchanges, Substitutions, or Order Cancellations. Once your order is placed, we create your item and ship it out. All sales are final.
Processing & Shipping
- Order are processed Monday thru Friday, except on holidays.
- Processing times vary by item but usually ship within 2 to 4 business days.
- We only ship to addresses in the United States and US military bases overseas.
USPS misdelivered or lost packages
As soon as we ship your order, the package is out of our control and is in the hands of USPS. Here are some helpful tips:
- Please double check the shipping address you enter when placing an order to ensure it gets delivered to the accurate location.
- If your package doesn't arrive, contact your local Post Office to initiate a search for the missing parcel. Most of the time, the package is still on its way, just delayed.
- If USPS determines that they misdelivered or lost the package, please file a claim with USPS.
Customs and import taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Digital downloads
- Instant downloads: Files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order downloads: We'll create your items after purchase and you'll receive an email when the files are ready to download. The time we need to complete these items can vary. Contact us if you have questions.
- Orders with digital items will not be refunded for any reason.

- Can I use your products for my church or business?
Great question! All of our physical products and personalized digital products - are for PERSONAL use only. If you plan on using them for group use (churches, troops, businesses, share with friends, etc.), please purchase a Group Use License or contact us before purchasing.
