Godly Goods™ - Policies for Our Sellers

Thank you for joining the Godly Goods community of Christian entrepreneurs! As a Seller, you represent Christ to every shopper who visits your store. These policies outline what we expect from our Sellers and how we serve you in return.

1. Seller Agreement

  • Confirm the Godly Goods Statement of Faith aligns with your beliefs and that you run your business in accordance with it.
  • Provide accurate product descriptions and photos.
  • Ship orders promptly and communicate clearly with Buyers.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and taxes for your products and business.
  • Respect the reputation of the Godly Goods marketplace and other Sellers.

2. Fees & Payouts

  • Sellers choose a plan (e.g., $10/month + 5% commission, $20/month + 3.75% commission, etc.).
  • Commissions are deducted automatically from each sale.
  • Payouts are cashed out at your direction from your Godly Goods Dashboard when there is at least $1 present.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless an error occurs on our end.

3. Prohibited Products & Content

We’re excited to have you as part of our marketplace and gladly accept listings for all types of products. This means your products do not have to be biblical- or Christian-themed. However, no listing on the Godly Goods marketplace can contradict our Christian values. You may not list or promote:
  • Sexually explicit or “adult” content
  • Occult or new-age spiritual items
  • Profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory content
  • Illegal, counterfeit, or stolen goods
  • Weapons, drugs, or unsafe materials
  • Anything that contradicts biblical teachings, dishonors God, or doesn’t line up with our Christian ethics
Listings found in violation may be removed without notice, and repeated violations can result in account suspension. Godly Goods has the final say in whether a Seller’s product listing violates our policies.

4. Seller Performance & Accountability

  • Orders should be shipped within the timeframe promised in listings.
  • Tracking information must be provided where possible.
  • Sellers should respond to Buyer messages within 48 business hours, unless your shop is on vacation.
  • Godly Goods may issue warnings or remove Sellers with repeated complaints, excessive cancellations, or poor service.

5. Taxes & Reporting

  • Sellers are responsible for reporting their income and paying applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
  • Godly Goods complies with IRS Form 1099-K reporting as required.
  • If the platform is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on behalf of Sellers, that will be clearly communicated and handled automatically.

6. Faith-Based Business Standards

  • Conduct business with integrity, fairness, and transparency.
  • Treat Buyers and fellow Sellers with respect.
  • Abstain from using the marketplace to promote doctrines, products, or causes inconsistent with the Godly Goods Statement of Faith.

7. Suspension or Termination

  • Repeated policy violations
  • Misrepresentation of products
  • Misrepresentation of beliefs (whether evidenced on Godly Goods or elsewhere)
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Harmful conduct toward the community
Before termination, we will typically issue a warning and attempt to resolve the issue unless the violation is severe.

8. Communication & Support

We’re here to help you succeed. Sellers can reach us anytime at contact@godlygoods.com for help with technical issues, disputes, questions about policy updates, or anything else — even a prayer request!
