Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
Creativity is a gift from God. Godly Goods™ protects and respects the rights of creators who share their work on our platform and elsewhere.
1. Ownership
- Sellers must own or have legal rights to all content (images, artwork, designs, descriptions) they upload.
- Copyright and trademark infringement are strictly prohibited. If one of your listings is found to be infringing on another person’s or company’s intellectual property, we will disable your listing and notify you. Repeat offenders may have their shop suspended.
- By uploading your products to Godly Goods, you grant Godly Goods the right to use images of your products for promotional purposes to help you, other Sellers, and Godly Goods grow. For example, we may use an image of your product in an ad, feature it in a blog, or highlight it on social media. We will make every effort to link to your shop or display your shop name when we use your product image, although sometimes that may not be possible.
2. Reporting Infringement
- Email contact@godlygoods.com with a description of the material and proof of ownership.
- We’ll review the claim promptly and remove infringing content if verified.
3. Counter-Notice
If a Seller believes their content was wrongly removed, they may submit a written counter-notice with supporting documentation.4. Repeat Offenders
Accounts repeatedly involved in infringement will be suspended or terminated.5. Use of Godly Goods Branding
We are so excited to welcome you as a Godly Goods Seller and see you share your Godly Goods shop freely. Do say, share, post that you sell on Godly Goods and provide the link to your shop freely. Please do share about your experiences as a Seller and Buyer on Godly Goods. As far as our logo, name, and brand marks, please follow these guidelines:- Sellers may reference “Available on Godly Goods” and similar phrases in marketing.
- Sellers are free to use their shop name and Godly Goods URL on marketing materials, business cards, social media, etc.
- When writing Godly Goods, use the following spelling, spacing, and capitalization: Godly Goods. The exception is when you are sharing a URL that includes our name.
- Do not use any version of our logo without our written permission.
- Do not include our name as any part of your name for your business, domain, or trademark
