These gooey oat-based cookies are made with lots of brown sugar, real butter, vanilla, fresh eggs, and plenty of oats.  I call them “Oatey My!”, because you can order them the way you like them.  With or without raisins, nuts, chocolate chips or dried fruit.  This makes your ordinary oatmeal cookie, into your Oatey My cookie.
