THE STORY

Before it was a candle, it was an act of trust.

Surrender isn’t giving up. It’s giving over. Proverbs 3 is written as a Father’s counsel to his child: trust in the Lord fully, and stop leaning on your own understanding. The promise isn’t that the road will be easy — it’s that He will make it straight.

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”
Proverbs 3:5–6 (NIV)

Surrender was poured for the moments you can’t see the next step. Trust in the one who promised to make your path straight.
